What is Ukash?

Ukash is a way for consumers to spend online without using a credit or debit card. Consumers will be able to purchase Ukash vouchers at various physical locations and received a 19 digit Ukash number. You do not need to register to buy Ukash.

How do I get a Ukash 19 digit number?

Please refer to www.ukash.com? and select your country to see your Ukash options or to find a store near you, visit http://customer.map24.com/ukash/index.php.

How do I fund my PartyAccount using a Ukash card?

Once you have your 19 digit Ukash voucher number, log in to your PartyAccount.
Select the 'Cashier' and click on 'Deposit'.
Under the Ukash option, click on "Deposit Now".
Enter your Ukash voucher full value and a Deposit Bonus code (if applicable).
Enter your 19 digit Ukash voucher number and click on 'Submit'.
A "Successful Transaction" message will appear to confirm the transfer is complete.

How long will my deposit take to reach my PartyAccount?

With Ukash, Deposits are instant.

What if I do not wish to deposit all of my Ukash voucher value?

If you wish to deposit a smaller value that the voucher amount, then go to www.ukash.com and on the tool link, simply "Split" the voucher into smaller denominations. Please keep in mind our deposit limits.

How much does a Ukash card cost?

Yes. Ukash vouchers are valid 12 months from the date of purchase.
