What is NETeller?

NETeller is an "online wallet" that allows you to deposit, withdraw and transfer funds online. NETeller provides same-day payments and instant cash transfers to and from affiliated merchant sites and between NETeller account holders.

What is NETeller instaCASH?

NETeller instaCASH allows you use the bank account you registered with NETeller to transfer funds to your PartyAccount.

The NETeller instaCASH system will check the balance of your NETeller account, and will transfer your balance if sufficient funds are available. If your funds are insufficient, the transfer will be supplemented by the funds in your NETeller registered bank account.

Note: The minimum amount you can transfer using instaCASH $10. For example, if a player makes a deposit request of $100, but only has $93 in his NETeller account, $90 will be taken from his NETeller account and the balance of $10 will be taken from his NETeller registered bank account.

NETeller intsaCASH is only available for Canadian players.

I already have a NETeller account. Can I use it?

Yes, if you already have a NETeller account, you can use it to fund your PartyAccount.

Note: The email addresses you registered with NETeller and the cashier must be the same or your request will be declined by NETeller's security system.

How do I get a NETeller account?

Please follow the steps below:

1. Go to:https://www.NETeller.com/NETeller/signup.cfm
2. As soon as you complete the NETeller sign-up form, you will receive an email. This email contains instructions for 'Step 2' (your NETeller account activation).
3. Follow the instructions. You will be prompted to submit your NETeller Account ID and Secure ID (found in the email), plus the password you originally entered on the NETeller account sign-up page. Save this email for further reference.

How do I get a NETeller intsaCASH functionality?

If you already have a NETeller account, then you need to register your bank account with NETeller. NETeller will send a small deposit to the bank account that you registered. Verify this small deposit to enable the instaCASH function.

How do I fund my NETeller account?

Fund your NETeller one of the following ways:

Credit Cards: Visa.

Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT): EFT a transfer of funds directly from your bank account, processed through the Automated Clearing House (ACH) network to your NETeller account. This option is currently available to individuals with bank accounts in Canada only.

InstaCash Deposits: InstaCash Deposits work like EFT deposits but are virtually instantaneous! You must have a registered and verified a bank account with NETeller in order to make InstaCash Deposits.

NETeller System Transfer: Receive funds from a friend or relative also registered with NETeller.

How long does it take for money to get credited to my NETeller account?

Credit Card Deposit: Instant credit (if the transfer is approved by your bank).

Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT): Requires four to five business days for clearance through ACH. Once your bank has authorized the transaction, NETeller will fund your account immediately.

InstaCash Deposit: Can be credited virtually instantaneously (see NETeller site for complete details)

Note: To transfer funds from NETeller to your PartyAccount, login to your PartyAccount, go to the 'Cashier' and select 'Deposit'.

How do I use my NETeller account to add funds to to my PartyAccount?

To fund your account with NETeller:

1. Log in to your PartyAccount.
2. Go to the 'Cashier', and click on 'Deposit'.
3. In the NETeller payment option, Click on “Deposit Now”.
4. Enter the amount you wish transfer and your bonus code (if you have one).
5. Enter your NETeller 'Account ID' and 'Secure ID' that were sent to you in the registration email you should have received from NETeller. Click 'Submit'.

How do I use my NETeller intsaCASH account to add funds to my PartyAccount?

To fund your account with NETeller instaCASH:

1. Log in to your PartyAccount.
2. Go to the 'Cashier', and click on 'Deposit'.

The money is credited to your PartyAccount as soon as you complete the transfer, provided you have sufficient funds in your NETeller account.

Can I Cash out using NETeller?

Yes, to Cash out using NETeller you need to have made a successful deposit with your NETeller account first.If you already have made a successful deposit with your NETeller account, simply login to the Party Cashier, click 'Cash out' and then select NETeller. The amount of your Cash out will be sent electronically to your NETeller account.
Please note that you cannot Cash out via the NETeller instaCASH option.

Can I Cash out through NETeller if I deposited through other means?

Yes, you can Cash out to your NETeller account even if you have used another Deposit Option to fund your account. However, keep in mind that we may always at our sole discretion, choose to pay, part or all, of your withdrawals by reversing any prior charges made to a credit card/debit card first.

Can I Cash out the same day I deposit through NETeller?

Yes, you may request for a Cash out the same day you deposit.

Can I Cash out more than my initial deposit using NETeller?

Yes, you may Cash out more than your initial deposit via NETeller. Please remember that all Cash outs are first "approved" by our internal review team and we may always at our sole discretion, choose to pay, part or all, of your withdrawals by reversing any prior charges made to a credit card/debit card first.

What is the average processing time for Cashing out using NETeller?

All Cash outs are first approved by our internal review team which approximately takes 24-48 hours. If you are a Pay-Pro Document Verified User, this will take less time. Once the Cash out is processed it takes 2-6 hours for you to receive the funds in your NETeller account.

Is there any transaction fee for Cash outs via NETeller?

No, there is no transaction fee for Cash outs made using NETeller
