I have a MoneyBookers account; Can I use it to deposit money in my PartyAccount?

Yes, you can use your existing Moneybookers account with us. To deposit using an existing Moneybookers account, please follow the steps below:

1. Log in to your PartyAccount.
2. Go to the 'Cashier' and select 'Deposit'.
3. Under the Moneybookers option click on ‘Deposit Now':
   1. Enter the amount you want to transfer to your PartyAccount.
   2. Enter a bonus code (if you have one) and click on the button Submit'.
      Note: This amount should be less than or equal to the amount in your Moneybookers account.
4. You may be asked (though not always) to re-enter your personal details before proceeding, enter the information if requested and continue.
5. You will be routed to the Moneybookers site and prompted for your Moneybookers 'username'.
6. Complete the transaction on the Moneybookers site.

How can I load my MoneyBookers ?

You can load your MoneyBookers account by using your credit card, making a bank transfer or via cheques.

Note: You will not be able to transfer the funds from Moneybookers.com to your account if you have funded them using your Master Card in particular.

We do not charge anything for a MoneyBookers transaction. MoneyBookers may charge you a fee based on their fee structure.

Can I Cash out to my MoneyBookers account?

Yes, to Cash out using MoneyBookers you need to have made a successful deposit with your moneybookers account first. If you already have made a successful deposit, then go to the Cashier, select 'Cash out' and then select moneybookers.com. The amount of your Cash out will be sent electronically to your MoneyBookers account.

Can I Cash out more than my initial deposit using MoneyBookers ?

Yes, you may Cash out more than your initial deposit via MoneyBookers. Please remember that all Cash out are first "approved" by our internal review team and we may always at our sole discretion, choose to pay, part or all, of your withdrawals by reversing any prior charges made to a credit card/debit card first.

What is the average processing time for Cash outs using MoneyBookers ?

All Cash outs are first approved by our internal review team which approximately takes
24-48 hours. If you are a Pay-Pro Document Verified User, this will take less time.

Once the Cash out is processed it takes 2-6 hours for you to receive the funds in your Moneybookers account.
