What is iDeal?

iDeal is an Internet payment method in The Netherlands, based on online banking. It is a quick, secure and simple solution to process payments on the Internet.

Which banks will allow me to deposit via iDeal?

The following banks can be used with iDeal: ABN AMRO, Mail bank and Rabobank.

I don't have a bank account with these banks?

Unfortunately, you can only use iDeal with the banks specified above. iDeal is negotiating with other banks and more will be added here in the future.

Do I need an account with iDeal to deposit?

No, you only need to have a bank account with one of the banks listed in question 2 (and funds in that bank account, of course!).

How do I fund my PartyAccount?

1. Log in to your PartyAccount.
2. Go to the cashier and select 'Deposit'.
3. Under the iDeal option, click' Deposit Now'.
4. Enter your deposit amount and a Bonus Code (if applicable) and click 'Submit'.
5. You will be redirected to iDeal.
6. Select your bank from the list.
7. You will be redirected to your bank's website.
8. Enter your online banking login details.
9. Confirm the amount requested to be deposited to your PartyAccount.
10. You will receive an instant confirmation and you will be redirected back to the cashier.

Are there any fees associated with iDeal?

No, we don't charge any fees.

How long does it take for the money to be transferred to my PartyAccount?

The money will be transferred to your PartyAccount instantly!

How can I Cash out to iDeal?

iDeal is a 'deposit only' option. You cannot Cash out using iDeal.

Is it safe to use iDeal?

With iDeal, you can make totally secure online banking transactions.

Is iDeal supported by all Internet browsers?

iDeal is supported by the most used Internet browsers such as Internet Explorer, Netscape and Firefox.
