What is Eps?

EPS (e-payment standard) has been developed by Austrian banks, the Austrian Ministry of Finance (BMF) and the CIO (Chief Information Office) of the Austrian Government. EPS e-payment standard allows buyers to make online payments via their internet banking applications.

Who can use Eps?

Eps is only available for Austrian players.

How do I deposit to my PartyAccount with Eps?

To deposit using eps, please follow the steps below:

Log in to your PartyAccount.
Go to the 'Cashier' and select 'Deposit'.
Under the eps option click on 'Deposit Now':
Enter the amount you want to transfer to your PartyAccount.
Enter a bonus code (if you have one) and click on 'Submit'.
You will be redirected to eps processor.

Choose your bank and enter your e/banking login details.
Please confirm the transaction and you will be redirected back to the Cashier.

On the next screen you will get the 'Confirmation' Message. Click 'OK'. This will take you back to the Party Cashier. From there, you can return to the Lobby and start playing.

How long does it take for my deposit to reach my PartyAccount?

Deposits are instant.

In which currency is my bank Account debited?

Your bank account is debited in EUR. We will credit your PartyAccount in USD.

Are there any fees associated with Eps?

We do not charge anything for a Eps transaction. Your bank should not charge you for these transactions, but please confirm this with them if you are unsure.

Can I Cash out to my Eps account?

No, Eps is only a deposit option.

Since I am sharing my Eps card information, can money be debited from my bank account without my knowledge?

You have complete control of the amount that you transfer from your account to your account. Unless and until you authorize the transaction, funds will not be debited from your bank account. We cannot authorize transactions on your behalf.
