What is ELV and why should I use it?

 

ELV/Direct Debit is the deposit option available to German/Austrian players. It is safe and secure and works on the principle of electronic funds transfer (EFT) which allows the customers to transfer funds from their bank account to their PartyAccount. The deposits made through the customer’s bank account are FREE.

What information do I need to provide to deposit by ELV?

 
Please provide us with the following details about your German or Austrian bank account:
  1. Bank account number.
  2. Bank code.

How long does it take to make my first deposit using ELV?

 


It takes 2-3 business days to set up your account. First, you must register your bank account with us and then verify it. This process usually takes 2-3 business days. Once you have registered and verified your bank account, future deposits will be instantaneous.

How do I register my bank account?

 


Please follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your PartyAccount.
  2. Go to the 'Cashier' and select 'Deposit'.
  3. Under the ELV option click on the link "Register Bank Account".
  4. Enter your bank account number, bank code and basic personal information.
  5. Upon successful registration of your bank account, you will receive the following message: "Bank Account Successfully Registered - Verification Pending".
  6. To verify your bank account, see the next question.

How do I verify my bank account?

 
    As soon as you have registered your bank account information, we will send two small deposits of less than 1 Euro each to your bank account. It usually takes 2-3 business days before these are credited to your account and will appear on your bank statement. Please follow the steps below to verify your bank account:

  1. Call your bank to find out the amounts of the two deposits we sent you. They will appear on your statement as credits with "Pay-Pro" in the description. Make a note of these amounts.
  2. Login to your PartyAccount and click on "Deposit".
  3. Under the ELV option click on the link "Verify Bank Account".
  4. Enter the amounts of the two deposits that you obtained from your bank and click on "Continue".
  5. You will see a message confirming that your bank account has been verified.
  6. Once your bank account is verified you can use ELV to add money to your PartyAccount.

How do I add money to my PartyAccount using ELV?

 

To add money to your PartyAccount, you must first register and verify your bank account. Once you have done this, you can:

  1. Log in to your PartyAccount.
  2. Go to the 'Cashier' and select 'Deposit'.
  3. Under the ELV option, click on ‘Deposit Now’.
  4. Enter the amount you want to transfer from your bank account to your PartyAccount.
  5. Enter your Bonus Code (if you have one).
  6. Select the Bank account and click on the ’Submit' button.
  7. A successful transaction will generate a "Transaction Successful" message and unique transaction ID for your records.

In which currency is my bank account debited?

 

Your bank account is debited in EUR. We will convert the amount you want to deposit in USD to EUR at the daily prevailing rates and charge your bank account. You will be able to see the amount in EUR that is charged to your bank account on the cashier at the time of making a deposit.

How long does it take to get the money transferred into my PartyAccount?

 

The transfers are instant up to your deposit limits (player status limits). If you have exceeded your deposit limits, the funds will be added to your PartyAccount once they are cleared by your bank. This process usually takes 4-5 business days.

Why do ELV transactions get declined?

 

The most common reasons are:

  1. Insufficient funds in your bank account.
  2. You have provided incomplete or incorrect information (name and address entered should always match your bank's records: bank account number and bank code have to be correct).

Are there any fees associated with the ELV transfer?

 

ELV is absolutely FREE!. However in rare cases, banks may charge transaction fees applicable to your bank account.

Can I Cash out to my bank account using ELV?

 

ELV is not a Cash out option. However, you can Cash out using the Wire Transfer option. To use Wire Transfer to Cash out,  you have to re-enter your banking information: IBAN and SWIFT/BIC code).

How safe is it to provide my bank account information?

 

All cashier transactions are processed with a 128-bit encryption that ensures the safety and security of the data transmitted. This state-of-the-art protection is the same technology used by major banks and financial institutions all over the world.

Since I am sharing my banking information, can money be debited from my bank account without my knowledge?

 

You have complete control of the amount that you transfer from your account to your account. Unless and until you authorize the transaction, funds will not be debited from your bank account. We cannot authorize transactions on your behalf.
