Which credit/debit cards do you accept?

Why do credit card transactions get decline?

 


The most common reasons are:

  1. You have exceeded your credit limit.
  2. You have submitted incomplete or incorrect information (the name, address and telephone number you entered must match the credit card company’s records).
  3. You did not enter the correct CVV2 number (the three-digit code on the back of your credit card).
  4. Your credit card issuing bank does not authorize Internet gaming transactions. If this is the case, please try another credit card or select a different deposit option.

How do I add money to my PartyAccount using a credit card?

 


Please follow the steps below –

  1. Log in to your PartyAccount.
  2. Go to the 'Cashier' and select 'Deposit'.
  3. Deposit by Credit/Debit Card will appear as the first option.
  4. Click on “Deposit Now”. Enter the amount you would like to deposit and a bonus code (if you have one).
  5. Please complete the 'Credit Card Deposit Form' and click 'Submit'. Please make sure that –
    1. The address you entered matches the billing address on your credit/debit card statement (otherwise it will be declined for non-verification of address).
    2. Information related to your card such as credit card number, CVV2 number and expiration date is entered accurately.
  6. The next screen will indicate whether your credit card transaction was successful or unsuccessful.
  7. If the transaction fails, you will receive an error message with the reason for failure of the transaction.
  8. If the transaction succeeds, you will receive the message: 'Successful Credit Card Purchase' and a unique transaction ID that you should keep for your records.
  9. Close the window and return to the Lobby. The update to your PartyAccount balance should not take more than a couple of minutes. If your balance has not changed after two minutes, you may need to log out and log back in to your PartyAccount.

Are there any fees associated with making a transfer?

 


No, we do not charge any fees on credit card deposits. However, in rare cases, credit card companies may charge cash advance fees that will appear on your credit card statement.

How long does it take to get the money transferred into my PartyAccount?

 


The transfer of funds to your PartyAccount is reflected within 1 to 2 minutes.

Can I Cash out to my credit card?

 


Yes, you can Cash out to your credit card, but only if you have a VISA credit card that was not issued in the USA and you are not a customer from one of 'these countries'. You may not Cash out to any other card.

In some instances when you Cash out, we may at our sole discretion choose to pay, part or all, of your withdrawals by reversing any prior transactions made on your credit card.
