What is Electronic Transfer and why should I use it?

 


Electronic Transfer is a safe and secure electronic funds transfer (EFT) process which allows you to deposit and Cash out through your bank account (Canadian Personal Checking accounts only). It's as simple as using a paper check, and, best of all, it's totally FREE.

What information do I need to provide to use Electronic Transfer?

 


To use Electronic Transfer and deposit, you only need to submit the information that appears on your paper checks. i.e,
* Account Number
* Bank Routing Number (3-digit institution number followed by 5-digit transit number)



* Please put 3-digit institution number followed by 5-digit transit number as your Bank Routing Number.

Are there any transaction fees associated with Electronic Transfer?

 


Electronic Transfer is absolutely FREE! There are no transaction fees associated with Electronic Transfer.

How safe is it?

 


Electronic Transfer is safer than writing a check and giving it to a store clerk because the transaction is secured with 128-bit encryption and your information is passed electronically from us directly to your bank. Therefore, it's paperless and promptly processed the same way as bills are. You have a full control of amount that you transfer from your bank account to your PartyAccount. Unless and until you authorize the transaction, funds will not be debited from your bank account.

How long does it take to make my first deposit using Electronic Transfer? 

 


It's instant! As soon as you register and verify your bank account, you can begin using Electronic Transfer to make a deposit and play immediately.

However, in order to make your first deposit you need to verify your bank account by confirming the two small deposits (of less than 1 CA$) that we made to your bank account. See How do I verify my bank account?

How do I register my bank account?

 


Please follow the steps given below:

1. Login to your PartyAccount.
2. Go to the 'Cashier' and select 'Deposit'.
3. Under the Electronic Transfer option click on the link "Register Bank Account".
4. Enter your Bank Account Number, Routing Number and personal information.
5. Upon successful registration of your bank account, you will get the following message: "Bank Account Successfully Registered - Verification Pending". Verify Bank Account (See How do I verify my bank account?).

 How do I verify my bank account ?

 


As soon as you register your bank account information, we will send you two small deposits of less than 1 CA$ each to your bank account. It usually takes 2-3 business days before they are credited to your account and appear on your bank statement. Please follow the steps given below to verify your bank account:
Call your bank to find out the amounts of the two deposits we sent you. They will appear on your statement as credits with "Pay-Pro" in the description (please make a note of it).

1. Login to your PartyAccount.
2. Click on 'Cashier' and then on 'Deposit'.
3. Under the Electronic Transfer option, click on the link "Verify Bank Account".
4. Enter the amounts of the two deposits that you obtained from your bank and click on 'Continue'.
5. You will get a message confirming that your bank account has been verified. Once your bank account is verified you can use Electronic Transfer to Add Funds to your PartyAccount.
6. You can avoid the wait by sending us (fax/email) a copy of a void check from that bank account so that we can verify it within 30 minutes of receiving it. Please fax the check to +1 (866) 620 8181 or scan and email it to tsupportfax@pay-pro.com.

Please note that the Check needs to have your name and correct address on it and if the address differs, please send an email to ts@pay-pro.com with your old and new address along with your name. Remember to write your PartyAccount name as well. If you have any further questions, please contact our support center.

I can't wait for 3 days, is there any other quicker way to verify my bank account?

 


You can avoid the wait by sending us (fax/email) a copy of a void check from that bank account so that we can verify it within 30 minutes of receiving it. Please fax the check to +1 (866) 620 8181 or scan and email it to tsupportfax@pay-pro.com.

Please note that the Check needs to have your name and correct address on it and if the address differs, please send an email to ts@pay-pro.com with your old and new address along with your name.  How do I add funds to my PartyAccount using Electronic Transfer ? 

 


To add Funds to your PartyAccount, you need to register and verify your bank account then:

1. Login to your PartyAccount.
2. Go to the 'Cashier' and select 'Deposit'.
3. Next to Electronic Transfer, click on 'Deposit now'.
4. Enter the amount you want to transfer from your bank account to your PartyAccount.
5. Enter your Bonus Code (if any).
6. Select the registered bank account number and click on 'I agree to electronic transfer terms and conditions' and then 'Submit' the information.
7. The funds will be available in your PartyAccount.
Also a successful transaction will generate a "Transaction Successful" message and unique transaction ID for your records.

 In which currency is my bank account debited ?

 


Your bank account is debited in CA$. The equivalent conversion (as per the daily prevailing rates) amount in US$ will be displayed as soon as you enter the amount in CA$.

 How long does it take to get the funds transferred to my PartyAccount ?

 


The transfer is instant up to your deposit limits (player status limits). If you have exceeded your deposit limits the funds will be added to your PartyAccount once cleared by your bank which usually takes 4-5 business days.

 Why do Electronic Transfer funds get declined?  

 


The most common reasons are:
Insufficient funds in your bank account.
You may have provided incomplete or incorrect information (name and address entered should always match your bank's records; bank account number and bank routing number have to be correct).

Since I am sharing my banking information, can money be debited from my bank account without my knowledge?

 


You have complete control of the amount that you transfer from your bank account to your PartyAccount. Unless and until you authorize the transaction, funds will not be debited from your bank account. We cannot authorize transactions on your behalf.

 Can I Cash out more than my initial deposit using Electronic Transfer?

 


Yes, you can always Cash out using Electronic Transfer. However, keep in mind that we may always at our sole discretion, choose to pay, part or all, of your withdrawals by reversing any prior charges made to a credit card/debit card first.

All Cash out are first approved by our internal review team which approximately takes 24-48 hours. If you are a Pay-Pro Document Verified User, this will take less time.

Once the Cash out is processed it takes 3-7 business days for you to receive the funds in your checking account.
