What is BPAY?

BPAY is an electronic bill payment service offered by Australia's leading banks, building societies and credit unions as a core feature of Internet and phone banking.

How do I deposit to my PartyAccount using BPAY?

1. Login to your PartyAccount.
2. Go to the 'Cashier' and select 'Deposit'.
3. Under the BPAY option click 'Deposit Now'.
4. Enter the amount you wish to deposit and a Bonus Code (if applicable) and click 'Submit'.
5. You will then be shown a reference number and a Biller code (please note this down).
   Important:
   The reference number and the amount shown above must be used at the time of making the bill payment. Any mismatch in amount and/or reference number can cause delay in crediting your funds. Prior to making any future bill payments, you must check this page to determine the reference number for your new bill payment.
6. Please choose from the list of Financial Institutions that you wish to use and click 'Submit'

1. Login to your internet banking (optional of phone banking at this stage).
2. Select the bill pay option.
3. Choose an account.
4. Enter the "Paytech-Party Poker" Biller Code 908889 and the previously generated reference number, then click "Pay Bill".
5. A transaction verification page will be displayed.
6. The transaction is complete and the money will be credited to your account within 24 hours maximum.

Are there any fees associated with BPAY?

We do not charge for a BPAY transaction, but a BPAY payment is a normal account transaction, so check with your Bank or Financial Institution to see whether any fees or charges apply.

Where can I make a BPAY deposit?

Once you have registered for Internet or Phone Banking with your financial institution, you can deposit into your account with just a phone call or an Internet banking session.

How long does it take to get the money transferred into my PartyAccount?

Money will be transferred to your PartyAccount with in 24 hours after the bill payment is performed. Please note that bill payments performed on a weekend or public/bank holiday, or after 6pm Sydney time on a bank business day may be processed the following bank business day.

Is BPAY secure?

All transactions and sensitive data are protected by the latest and most sophisticated security systems available.

Can I Cash out using BPAY?

Yes, but only to an Australian bank account.

How do I Cash out using BPAY?

1. Logon to your PartyAccount.
2. Go to the Cashier.
3. Select Cash out from the BPAY option.
4. Enter your Cash out amount, BSB number and Account number and click on Cash out.
5. If the transaction is successful, you will see the message 'Successful Cash out' and a unique transaction ID that you should keep for your records.

What is the average processing time for Cash out using BPAY?

All Cash out are first approved by our internal review team. This process usually takes approximately 1 to 2 business days. If you are already a Pay-Pro document verified user, this will take less time.

Once we have processed your Cash out, it will take between two and three business days for the funds to appear in your Australian bank account.

Can I Cash out more than my initial deposit using BPAY?

Yes. However, please remember that all Cash out are first 'approved' by our internal review team. We may, at our sole discretion, choose to pay part or all of your withdrawal by reversing any prior charges made to a credit or debit card first.

Can I Cash out the same day I deposit through BPAY?

Yes, you may request a Cash out the same day you deposit.

Are there any transaction fees associated for Cash out via BPAY?

We charge a transaction fee of $1.00 for a BPAY Cash out. Please check with your bank to find out if they charge a fee for domestic transfers.

What are the minimum and maximum amounts I can Cash out using BPAY?

The minimum amount that can be Cash out is 10 USD, and the maximum amount is 3,000 USD.

How many bank accounts can I register for Cash out requests?

You can register a maximum of two bank accounts.
